Established in 1932 by Shri M V Venkateshwaran, South Indian Education Society (SIES) has during last nine decades has emerged as one of most cherished educational conglomerates in the city of Mumbai. SIES is known for its quality education as well as focus on Indian culture & ethos. SIES started its journey with six (6) student learners and today the SIES family has evolved with various educational institutions and is blessed with over 20,000 students under its wing.
The Society today has two schools, three graduate colleges, one engineering college, and two business schools spanning over various locations in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai. SIES School of Packaging, SIES Indian Institute of Environment Management, and SIES Institute of Comprehensive Education are the three specialized educational ventures in SIES family. In addition, SIES has also set up SIES Senior Home and SIES Sri Chandrasekarendra Saraswati Veda Vidya Pitha for young children, both at its Nerul campus, as its social initiatives.
